We aim to make this process as simple and stress-free for you as possible. When you inquire about a roof, we’ll schedule an appointment with you for an inspection of the property. Then, we’ll get back to you with a cost estimate within 2 to 3 days of the initial inspection. Should you choose to move forward, we make it our commitment to complete your job as quickly as we can. While job turnaround is dependent on the season, schedule, and weather conditions, we aim to complete shingle work in 1-3 weeks and commercial and metal roof projects in 4 to 8 weeks.

Exposed fastener metal roofs are a great option if you’re looking for a high quality roof that will be a little bit easier on your bank account. These roofs use lighter gauge materials and typically have a shorter installation time compared to standing seam roofs. Exposed fastener roofs typically consist of steel materials and generally need a decent pitch, making them perfect for residential roofs. Despite their cheaper price tag, these roofs still have amazing longevity, lasting on average 20-30 years.
